Copyright, Disclaimer, and other Legal Mumbo-Jumbo

Please pay attention, this is important stuff and we'd hate to see you lose everything you own (and believe us, we'll get everything you own) due to your own inept failure to read a simple set of rules.

Copyright Notice
Commando Pete, all characters, names, stories, and general likenesses are the copyrighted matierlal of Danimal Industries (specifically Dan Heerdt).  Anything even remotely related to Commando Pete or any character even breifly portrayed on the show belongs to said copyright holder.

Simply put, if it's on this site, it's ours.  Pay attention, it's ours and you can't have it.  If you take anything from this site without our permission (and we'll just get it straight right now that you don't ever have our permission), you'll find yourself on the receiving end of a lawsuit and possibly a Louisville Slugger head bashing.

Legal Disclaimer
Before you go getting your shorts in a bunch about suing us over any material contained on this site (words, opinions, pictures, movies, anything), you should read this handy bit of info:  Go ahead, sue us for this material.  To do so, you need evidence.  To get that evidence, you'd need to copy this material.  We do not give you permission to copy any of this material in any medium (as already stated in the Copyright Notice). Do so, and we sue you for copyright infringement (and we'll win against a moron like you for certain). Want to test us?

Yeah, thought so.

Email Submissions
We're more than happy to read your prospective episode story submissions (which you can send us from the contact us page), or simply receive any email feedaback you may wish to send us (particularly if it's glowing praise or naked woman pictures).  You should be aware, however, that anything you send us becomes ours and falls under our Copyright Notice and Legal Disclaimer.  This is not to say that we are planning to take credit for your work, because that's not morally or ethically right.  We're just saying that it becomes our property, and we reserve the right to change your submission in any way we see fit, or to simply refuse to post it to the site or ever use it in any context, even though it now belongs to us.  It is to be accepted that any email sent to the authors of this site is done so with the understanding that it becomes the automatic property of Commando Pete and cannot be contested in any way at any time.

We hope this clears up any confusion regarding any of our legal policies.  Thanks for reading!
